This DPA outlines our obligations when processing personal data on behalf of clients.

Scope & Roles

Scope: Covers all personal data processed through AI Aviation Jobs
Roles: You (client) are the Data Controller, we are the Data Processor
Purpose: Matching, screening, and recruitment of aviation candidates
Subprocessors: Includes Veremark (background checks), Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting)
Security Measures: Encryption, access controls, breach notification protocols
Termination: Upon request, all personal data will be deleted or returned securely
