Job seekers and employers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
You must not engage in unauthorised scraping, reverse-engineering, data harvesting, or misuse of the platform.
Access to certain features may depend on your subscription plan.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
The platform may only be used for lawful recruitment or job-seeking purposes.
Employer Conduct
Employers must not post fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful job advertisements.
Employers must process candidate data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
Employers are responsible for ensuring job requirements and screening decisions comply with local employment and aviation regulations.
AI-Assisted Recommendations
AIaviationJobs provides AI-assisted recommendations and insights to support recruitment and job discovery.
AI recommendations are informational only and do not constitute hiring decisions.
All hiring, shortlisting, and employment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer.
AIaviationJobs does not guarantee hiring outcomes, match accuracy, or candidate suitability.
Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Subscription upgrades take effect immediately and are subject to Stripe's standard proration process.
Any unused portion of a previous plan may be applied as a credit in accordance with Stripe's billing rules.
Job-specific enhancements (e.g. Job Boosts) apply only to the selected job posting and do not change the underlying subscription plan.
Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are not automatic and, where applicable, are handled manually by platform administrators.
Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and may depend on usage, timing, and circumstances.
AIaviationJobs reserves the right to decline refund requests where services have already been accessed or used.
Third-Party Services
AIaviationJobs integrates with third-party services, including background screening providers such as Veremark.
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
AIaviationJobs is not responsible for third-party service availability, outcomes, or decisions.
Limitation of Liability
AIaviationJobs is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, employment decisions, third-party actions, or the accuracy of user-provided content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIaviationJobs disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the platform to protect users, data integrity, or platform security.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
